ITunes ko nhận thấy IPhone, làm sao đây???

computer của mình đang chạy phiên bản ITunes 7.6 nhưng khi kết nối Iphone thì computer nhìn thấy Iphone nhưng ITunes lại ko nhận thấy, mình fải làm sao đây?
chép nhạc và phim ko dc gì hết à, help me:cry:
