Bản IOS 5 Beta 4 này không giống như trước đây,lần này Apple cho Download trược tiếp từ thiết bị đang chạy phiên bản IOS 5 beta 3 thông qua hệ thống được gọi là OTA. Chú ý các máy đã JB thì ko uo được kiểu này mà phải up theo kiểu truyền thống thông qua iturns. nên cẩn thận trước khi up.
