Help iphone 2g can not restore erro 23

PLS HELP, i got iphone 2g i update to 3.1.2 after that no network i intall bootneute ,and then have problem,,now i want restore but have erro 23 cant restore, any one help me pls. no my iphone no wifi no bluetooth no network, thank you very much.
