Cài đặt themse N91 . Chưa thành đuôi sisx

Mình download trên mạng themse N91 về nhưng nó lại là đuôi sis , vì vậy không install được , ai giúp mình chuyển thành sisx với

để chuyển các file này sang đuôi SISX bắt buộc bạn phải SIGNED nó ra nhé
