IBST ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN CONSULTANT

Institute for Building Science and Technology (IBST) pleased send the best greetings to customers.
IBST is a State - owned institution under Vietnam Ministry of Construction, founded in 1963 and is a leading research and consulting institution of Construction field. Particularly in the field of consultant architectural design, and verification, IBST ever experienced long-term cooperation with foreign partners such as Australia, Denmark, Germany, Japan, Singapore, South Korea Spain, to carry out foreign and Vietnam projects. Our goal is the international quality and cost of Vietnam Nam products and services in consultant architectural design and verification. Collaborating with IBST, you will satisfy about our services and products.
With over 500 human resources, including: 1 professor, 6 A/professors, 40 doctors, 60 masters and over 322 engineers, bachelor and other members and an infrastructure is fully invested as basic for confirming the satisfaction when customers collaborate with us.

Main activities:
Scientific & technological research, development of Vietnam codes, standards in the field of Construction Industry and at important and national-level important building structures;
Building consulting:
Setting up investment projects, soil and environment investigations, setting up benchmarks system, geodetic networks;
Urban Planning; Architecture & Landscape Design; design review and review of total quotation;
Consulting for bidding, project management, quality supervision;
Quality inspection of soil, materials, structures and equipment, geodetic networks;
Testing quality of water, material, environment, M&E system of buildings, urban infrastructure engineering;
Transferring of construction equipment and technologies;
Nominated by Ministry of construction as the Organization responsible for inspecting the quality of materials, product to be used for building structures;

Co-operation with Cordinach (Spain), Designed Hanoi Oil financial Center 9 4th floor basement.
Co-operation with FKA (Fender Katsalidis-Australia).Won the second prize in competition design of Coalimex headquarters building (JSC import and export of coal - TKV)
Co-operation with PST Company, The second prize (no first prize award ) in the Sport hall design competition: 5000-seat indoor sports building, the conjugate My Dinh sport centre.
