Hướng dẫn uprom cho các dòng smartphone
 

Trước hết xin giải thích lại các khái niệm:
Có thể bạn biết, cũng có thể bạn không biết . Các dòng sản phẩm Smartphone sử dụng Hệ điều hành WindowMobile for Smartphone của MS nói trong bài này là:
HTC Typhoon:
Nó bao gồm các thương hiệu:Imate SP3, Qtek 8010, Dopod 565, SPV C500. O2 và Tmobile không có sản phẩm tương đương.
HTC Feeler:
Bao gồm các thương hiệu:
Imate SP3i, Qtek 8020, Dopod 575, O2 XphoneII, Tmobile SDA...
Phạm vi áp dụng của các ROM này không dùng cho các dòng Music Smartphone như O2 Xphone IIm, Tmobile SDA music, Dopod 585.
Trong các bản rom update trên thì hãng Qtek đã đưa ra bản ROM mới nhất cho các dòng 8010, 8020 có nhúng sẵn WM10, bạn có thể dùng MP3 làm nhạc chuông. Bây giờ ta có thể upgrade các bản rom qtek sang những máy hãng khác để lấy bản mới nhất.
1/Trước mắt, bạn download bản ROM Qtek cho HTC Typhoon về:

Bản ROM này là ver 2.1.32.11.
Đối với ai dùng HTC Feeler (O2 XphoneII, Tmobile SDA) thì download:

Bản ROM này là ver 2.1.32.32.
Tiếp theo download tool chỉnh sửa nbf file:

Máy tính của bạn bắt buộc phải cài WinRAR 3.2 trở lên. Extract bản ROM trên bạn sẽ lấy đc 1 file .exe. Tiếp theo bạn khoan hãy chạy nó vội, tiếp tục dùng WinRAR mở file .exe đó ra và extract nó, bạn sẽ thấy các file cài đặt của nó dùng để uprom, quan trọng nhất là file: nk.nbf
2/Tiếp, dùng Typhoon-NBF-tool đã download về, chạy TyphoonNBFtool.exe, vào File/Open tìm đến file nk.nbf,
3/Sau đó tiếp tục vào Tools chọn Edit Header Data, xóa tất cả các chữ trong ô Operator, chọn OK.
4/Vào lại Tools, chọn Recalculate Header CRC32.
5/Cuối cùng, chọn File/ Save as.. và save đè lên file vừa mở.
Xong xuôi, bạn thoát Typhoonnbftool, chạy file ROMUpdateUtility.exe và làm theo các bước hướng dẫn trên màn hình cài đặt. Quá trình uprom mất khoảng 10p. (đoạn 99% và 100% chạy rất lâu, đừng sốt ruột tưởng hỏng )

Sao không có HTC Tornado vậy? Gồm SP5, Qtek8310,... đó. Anh đang dùng Qtek8310 đây này. Up ROM rất đơn giản, như cài 1 phần mềm, ngày Up cả chục lần không có sao cả. :D
