Mô tả công việc: Job Responsibilities:
• Support HR function in general such as employee activities, recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits.
•Control, maintains and updates manpower plan and prepares related monthly and weekly reports.
•Familiar and able to handle the work permit and visa.
•Familiar and able to handle the general government affairs and registrations.
•Assist in the implementation and documentation of various employee engagement activities/employee’ relation.
•Able to handle all administrative support to ensure that office environment is well organized.
•Control and analyze the suitability of expenditures relating to general & administrative activities.
•Understand for basic safety for manufacturing.
•Understand for basic Quality Management System as ISO9001 / Environment Management System ISO14001.
•Perform duties as required by the General Manager.
Kỹ năng công việc: - University bachelor;
- Good knowledge on Vietnamese Labor Code and legal practice within the enterprise;
- Have knowledge on ISO 9001:2008;
- Good knowledge on environmental law and safety standards;
- Good knowledge on setting up HR/SD system;
- Familiar with administrative and human resource matters in a manufacturing factory.
- Good command of English communication & good computer literacy.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRES
- 3 years of working experience.

Các chế độ khác: Compensation and Benefits:
-Transportation: Company provide car for transportation from Ha Noi to Company and back way (or 250,000 VND if you don’t use company car)
-Accommodation: Company pay 500,000 VND/ month
-Attendance: Company pay 150,000 VND to 250,000 VND/ month
-Working time: from 8:00 to 17:00 and from Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday off)
-Other benefits follow Vietnam law.
