Hướng dẫn Flash FW bằng JAF
1. Cài Nokia PC Suite bản mới nhất.
2. Cài JAF (hoặc 1.98.62 hoặc 1.98.64, bản 1.98.64 đầy đủ hơn)
3. Dùng Navifirm down các file FW và đặt chúng trong thư mục đường dẫn C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\Products\RM-356 (thư mục RM-xxx ứng với điện thoại của bạn)
4. Tiến hành Flash với chế độ Dead Phone.
- Tắt điện thoại, cắm cable kết nối máy tính
- Dùng pkey emulator mở JAF và chuyển sang tab BB5. Đánh dấu vào các ô như hình dưới đây
sau khi check vào checkbox INI thì hộp thoại Select Model Phone xuất hiện, chọn loại điện thoại của bạn (ở đây của mình là 5800)
-sau đó chọn Flash và hộp thoại cảnh báo xuất hiện chọn YES
Bạn sẽ thấy trong khung Log hiện lên dòng chữ "PRESS POWER ON NOW" thì bạn hãy bấm nút nguồn 2 - 3 giây
- Jaf sẽ thông báo đã tìm thấy điện thoại và tiếp tục quá trình
- Hình ảnh tiếp quá trình trong vài giây sau
tới bước này là kết thúc và điện thoại của bạn sẽ khởi động lên!vậy là xong.

- Thay đổi trên ROM gồm:
1. Tích hợp Rompatcher+ 2.3 vào ổ Z, "auto-apply"
2. Chuyển bộ nhớ Caches từ ổ C sang E (Bạn tạo thêm E:\system\cache)
3. Thay đổi hiệu ứng Theme
4. Tăng chất lượng camera
5. Tắt âm chụp ảnh (Hoạt động khi bạn đặt tắt "Âm báo" trong Profiles đang dùng)
6. Chặn các ứng dụng không cần thiết tự khởi động
7. Chặn tự động gửi tin nhắn SMS Chào mừng
8. Chặn ứng dụng "MyNokia"
- Mình không thay đổi hình ảnh + âm thanh start-up. Các bạn dùng Navifirm download các file còn lại của FW và tiến hành Flash.
- Sau khi flash phone đã có sẵn Rompatcher+ 2.3 trong thư mục Ứng Dụng, bạn chỉ cần copy installserver_FP2 vào E:\Patches, mở RP+ 2.3 lên apply installserver_FP2 là phone đã hack. Thoải mái reset/hard reset
